12V DC 0.6A 7.5W Solenoid (Flat Lock for Electronic Door Lock)

It is a solenoid module that you can use as a lock bolt in your projects.

When the key is connected to the power supply, the head of the lock bolt retracts 4MM and the door opens.

When power is not available, the lock tongue is extended to 4 mm by the internal spring force and the door is locked. It operates with DC voltage between 9-12V.

It draws around 500 mA of current, 9V batteries may not be able to provide this current.

To use it with Arduino or other microcontrollers, you need to install a driver circuit.
