There is an XL6009 integrated circuit, which is a switching voltage regulator, on the DC-DC step-up voltage regulator card.

Input voltage is between 3.5-32V.
Depending on the voltage applied in this range, an output voltage between 5-35V can be obtained by using the trimpot on the card.
This easy-to-use and high-performance voltage regulator card allows you to adjust your input voltages in many hobby and robotic projects.
There is a pin slot on the regulator card for connection of input and output voltages.
It can be used by soldering the cable and male or female header here.
In applications made with the card, the output voltage must always be higher than the input voltage.
IN+ on the card is the positive supply input, IN- is the ground, OUT+ is the positive output voltage, and OUT- is the ground output.
