A Truly Comprehensive Curing

2 adjustable L-shaped light bars and increased 4 LED lights under the 360° rotating turntable are paired with a Fresnel lens to emit UV light at a single wavelength of 405 nm, ensuring equal exposure of the model from all angles.

Additionally, there is a handheld UV lamp to cure the insides or nooks and crannies of 3D printed parts for a smoother surface and incredible print quality; It is also ideal for curing assembled models.

Power Rinse

The 7.5-liter water container is designed with rubber sealing tape and strong turbine blade to effectively remove excess resin on the surface of the models and prevent liquid splashing and evaporation. 2 cleaning methods: basket washing, take out the model and put it in the basket for cleaning; Suspension washing, hang the printing platform directly on the cleaning rack for cleaning.

Convenient Working Settings

With a neat interface to easily operate the washing and curing functions, just press and hold the button for 3 seconds to turn it on. The setting time can be adjusted up to a maximum of 30 minutes according to your needs.

UV Protection Cover

The clear cover of the curing machine can block up to 99.9% of ultraviolet rays to increase the solidification rate of the resin and protect your eyesight during the curing process. A safety option automatically turns off the UV lights when you remove the cover.

Separate Curing And Washing

The dual-connect adapter saves you time by allowing you to perform curing and cleaning tasks simultaneously, one for cleaning and the other for curing. Once washing and curing is completed, smooth and clean parts will be ready at your location.

Operating Instructions:

·         After the model is printed, please clean and dry the model before putting it into the machine.

·         If the model turns yellow after curing, please shorten the curing time. Over-curing will result in a yellowish pattern.

·         Recommended ambient temperature is 0-40 degrees and ambient humidity temperature is 20%-50%.

·         Please do not use for more than 40 minutes at a time to avoid overheating.

·         Curing Time: If the model diameter is less than 30 mm, it is recommended that the curing time be 2 minutes. If the surface structure of the model is complex, it is recommended to increase the curing time appropriately.

·         Special Notes: The washing function is not very suitable for 3D models printed with water-washable resin, which are better to wash with running water.
