In accordance with this KVKK, the Information text is basically in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK");

In order for you to benefit from the services we offer on the Site, we use this personal data, provided that you have express consent, or if it is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract we have made with you, or in cases where it is necessary to process data for our legitimate interest, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms, as determined by the Information in accordance with this KVKK. When data are anonymized, they lose their ability to identify a person and are not considered personal data in this sense. The member cannot claim any rights or compensation regarding anonymized records.

For the purpose of protecting personal data, siteadi takes the necessary precautions against unauthorized access to personal data or loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration or destruction of this information. It undertakes to keep your personal data confidential, to take all necessary physical, technical and administrative measures to ensure confidentiality and security, and to show due care.
