XH-M401 DC-DC Voltage Stepper Power Supply Module XL4016E1

The XL4016E1 is a 180 kHz fixed frequency PWM buck DC-DC converter capable of driving a 12A load with high efficiency, low ripple and excellent line and load regulation.

Requiring a minimum number of external components, this regulator is easy to use and features internal frequency compensation and a fixed-frequency oscillator.

PWM control circuit can adjust the duty ratio linearly from 0% to 100%.

There is an overcurrent protection function inside.

It provides overcurrent protection, overtemperature protection and short circuit protection.

When the short protection function occurs, the operating frequency will be reduced from 180KHz to 48KHz.

There is an internal compensation block to minimize the number of external components.

When the maximum output current is reached 8A, you need to add a fan.

Long-term operating current is 5A.

Release the button to enter the input voltage calibration mode (“IN” ON); hold the button for 4 seconds and release the button to enter the output voltage calibration mode (“OUT” ON); Press and hold the button for 4 seconds and release the button to exit calibration mode, all parameters will be saved automatically.
