XL4015 Current and Voltage Adjustable DC-DC Step Down 5A Lipo Charging Module, which has low ripple, high power and efficiency, has three main functions.
It can be used as a constant current LED driver for Power LEDs.
It can charge batteries such as lithium batteries, nickel cadmium/metal cylinders, batteries, as well as rechargeable batteries used in electricity generators such as wind turbines and solar panels.
It can be used as a DC-DC converter for protection against overcurrent.

Features:
It has protection feature in case of short circuit.
When Lipo is used as a Li-ion charge, it has the ability to adjust the charging current.
Shows the charging status.
LED Indicator light shows which mode on the module is operating.
The system shuts down automatically as overtemperature protection.
There is no input reverse polarization protection. The situation can be solved by adding a high current diode.
